You're browsing BEHIND THE SCENES

Are you enjoying flipping through our new Spring Catalog? Feeling a wave of warm weather outfit inspiration? We hope so!  For this shoot, we ventured to a gorgeous home nestled in the hills of Hollywood, California. Look familiar? That’s because this dream home has been featured in countless fashion magazines. We caught up with Tayler (one of our models in the shoot) to discuss her spring style favorites, go-to LA spots and preferred driving soundtrack.

1. For spring, espadrilles or booties?

2. Backpacks or totes?
Backpacks (hands free!)

3. Lots of rings or a statement necklace?
Rings, stack ’em on.

4. Favorite spot in LA?
I love Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

5. Favorite emoji that never gets old?
The crying/laughing face or the fire emoji!

6. Go-to LA driving music?
It depends on the mood I’m in. Led Zeppelin in the evening is always a good idea. I felt so cool blasting that song when I first got my license, I felt like a rockstar.

Everywhere from the gym locker room to a coffee stop to Twitter to the office.

What are your summer plans?

We have lots going on at Sole Society so I’m staying in town and hope to get to explore LA a bit more.

What’s your favorite weekend ritual?

In LA, it’s sitting outside with a drink (coffee or wine, depending on the time of day) and my husband and catching up on reading.

What’s your go-to accessory for the summer to fall transition?

Scarves and laser cut booties were made for this time of year!  Torri and Sidney are perfect footwear for the office and Kaye screams weekend.  I’ll throw on the Printed Infinity Tribal Scarf, toss the Jessie sunglasses in my Capri or Bie bag and I’m good to go.
